Laura Oliven shared how Providence used city-level licensing to protect its constituents, especially youth, from tobacco ad exposure.Nicole Coxe discussed the statutes of Santa Clara County’s tobacco retail license and how to address potential obstacles that may arise when trying to pass a similar policy.
