The speakers for this webinar will talk about how preemption operates using the newly-released Tobacco POS Preemption Playbook and give insights from a state and local-level of ways to navigate it.
This webinar will equip attendees with information on the basis of preemption using a legal perspective, provide ways of how to respond to preemption, and give examples of fighting back such as with local-level community engagement.
